At Breaking the Paradigm Counseling, we are here to cover any and all of your mental health needs to include depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, and trauma.

It will be my goal to help you break free of your current unhealthy and discouraging paradigms and assist you in developing new beneficial ones.

I specialize in multiple types of emotional and psychological traumas. Some of the treatment methods I use are eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), solution focused behavioral therapy (SFBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). We can discuss this more in depth during our first session as we agree on a plan of treatment that will work best for your specific situation.
